Why an outside set of eyes
Your team is inside the storm. They are taking twenty calls a day and putting out whatever is on fire in front of them. That is not a criticism — that is the job.
But nobody reads four hundred documents clearly while they are doing it. That is the work we do: quietly, off the clock of your project, looking for the pieces that got missed because everybody was busy.

We measure, dissect and diagnose. We recommend and suggest systems, policies, procedures. Your team implements and runs it. Then we check and re-measure as the project moves forward.
We do not take sides
We document conditions and recommend corrective action. We are not an advocate for you or against anyone else, and we do not build court cases.
We are not in your contract chain
Not a contractor, not a subcontractor, not a party to your construction contract. We have no financial interest in what any finding says.
